Your Thoughts affect your Mood.

It's so easy to say - don't stress about life

Not walking in another's shoes

But listen, one and all...We are what we think - mostly.

The past can't be changed - but it can be improved upon.

Opinions do not define your reality. You have a mind of your own. USE IT!

Everyone's journey is different. Carve your own path, however treacherous and doubt filled. Plunge fearlessly into the fray. Try your best to avoid danger.

Judgements are not about you. They usually are about the ones making the judgement.

Over thinking will lead to sadness...unless grounded in the positive.

Happiness is found within. No one can take, direct or commandeer your thoughts and feelings - unless you allow them to.

Your thoughts affect your mood. We are human, thoughts ebb and flow. It helps to dwell on the edict - 'Accentuate the positive...Eliminate the negative'. As best you can.

Smiles are contagious. Smile and the world smiles with you. Cry and you cry alone. Hope for loyal friends and family who will stand by you, no matter what. You are blessed if you do.

Kindness is free. Better words have not been spoken.

It's ok to let go and move on. Listen to your heart and soul, let it lead and guide you to your destinations.

What goes around, comes around. Human nature demands that we all be winners. No one wants to feel left out. We all feel it...resentment, jealousy, hate and envy. Yet we must curb that green-eyed monster and try to be our best selves - despite it all. Patience and a moving forward with our own inner light, will show us the way. Dark brings dark. Light brings light.

Things always get better with time.

Except old age, rotten things, the imminence of death, processed foods, boiling resentment (let it go before it explodes or worse, implodes). Feel free to add to this list.

But still...Think Positive.

Way to go in sharing this for we all need to read and maybe even memorize some of them. Good job.

I appreciate how this acknowledges that positivity isn’t automatic it’s a practice. That honesty makes the message feel grounded.

This poem carries a quiet reminder that feels especially relevant in everyday life. The way it connects thoughts to emotional states is simple, but powerful it doesn’t lecture, it gently nudges the reader toward awareness. What I appreciate most is how it leaves space for reflection rather than forcing optimism, making the message feel human and achievable.

Really enjoyed this. Felt like a gentle reminder rather than preachy advice. The humor near the end made it even better...life wisdom with a smile

What a chuckle you have me after the highlight-bold words "Things always get better with time..." Girlfriennnn! Truth 🤣

  • Well-wrought! I find that thinking only ever leads to sadness when I am interrupted before I can conclude my line of reasoning. Polarities are always inevitably resolving themselves, I find, when we give them time and space to operate. To the outside observer, the deep thinker may sometimes seem a sad fool. Sorrow is, however, but a mask. To each their own!

Excellent advice. I add what Seema says below. Chemicals, pills and anything else not made by nature, messes with our natural souls, love the sage counsel.

I advise all to minimize chemicals by mouth, nose, skin path. They are hormone disrupters.
