No one's harm to you will make you grow and make you stronger.

You don't need to thank the person who hurt you. Their hurt can only prove that they are very bad. Why should you thank them? You got through it yourself, and you only need to thank yourself.

Why should you be grateful for those injuries? Without them, you should have gone smoothly, but you have to stand up again and again and continue to move forward.

Regarding the hurt in the past, it just reminds you not to become that person.

In fact, when you look back and look at the people and things that have hurt you, in the end, it's not that you don't hate them anymore, but that you forget about them.

When you get older, you should not be able to learn to forgive. If you are angry, get angry. If you can't let go, don't let it go. If you don't want to forgive, don't force yourself to reconcile with someone. There won't be that much forgiveness, and there won't be that many unimportant people walking into your life.
