Let Go of What Doesn't Serve You

One of the skills that people must learn in this life is self-healing. Only when you have experienced countless sadnesses, hardships, difficulties, and pains, and learn to self-medicate, self-heal, and self-recover, can you welcome a new day and a new, indestructible, and invincible self.

Live a selfish life! Don't always consider other people's feelings or look at other people's faces. You will still suffer losses and grievances, and may not be very happy. It's better to be a hard-hearted person and live for yourself.

Life is short, don't live too tiredly. Don't squeeze into a world you can't enter. Don't make things difficult for others and make yourself inferior. Don't cross a threshold you can't cross. If you can cross it, it's a door; if you can't, it's a wall.

Don't be too persistent about things you can't figure out. Life is already tiring, so why bother yourself? Just make peace with yourself and stop torturing yourself with random thoughts.

You can't push away what should come, and you can't stop what should go. Time has changed people beyond recognition. Why think so much? Just be happy.
