Your Absence

Your absence meant a lot to me,

But now it is nothing but a gap that I am going to fill as soon as possible.

You have changed the way I look at the world,

You have made me realize that life is worth living with you or without you.

I end my story with you here,

Because I know that this is not going to benefit us in the long run.

If it was meant for me, it would have come back,

But it is something I don’t want to go with.

You have made me realize that life without you is more beautiful and better than life with you.
