Young hearts in the night.

The night was dark and dismal, the wind would blow about,

With sound of rushing waters pouring from the waterspout,

A sound of lovely music, to stir about, to inspire!

The city lights glimmered despite the splatter of city mire,

Dancing in blissful ignorance, the night was young to start,

The admiration of a lover, the desire of the heart.

She went about in tempo, her heart with joy and care,

Her man was bold and adventurous, to take what no other dare,

For it wasn't the man that was timid that got her by a whim,

But the lion who was bold enough and who understood,

That he only had to take what belonged to him.
