Fear worry and doubt are prevalent in

this world we live in, They poke holes in

who we are til we lose ourselves and

give in, There is hope in this world

though, and love, but the truth is we

don't look for it hard enough, We get

caught behind a veil of overwhelming

sadness, It eats away at who we are

until theres nothing left but madness,

It's an illusion though, if you think about

it, You could be you again but you

question and doubt it, These negative

emotions have you bound and trapped,

in a prison reliving trauma of the past,

I'm here to tell you that you can break

free, You can remember what it's like to

believe, take my hand you are not

alone, walk with me, away from all the

pain you've known, There is life after

the brutal pain and depression, Don't

make dwelling on what you can't control

a constant obsession, Do away with the

drugs and the booze, because if not

those you love will be the ones that

lose, If you try you can make a way for

yourself, Dont be stubborn or afraid to

ask for help, the truth is that were all in

this together, we all have our different

storms to weather, but storms all must

come to an end, Its important to

remember, You Can Be You Again.
