You are the Color in my Life

The Light in my eye

The Strength in my Soul

The Hope of my future

The truth of my foundation

You are the Smile on my face

The Word on my tongue

You are the Path I walk on

The Breath in my lungs

And the Air I breathe

You’re the Bread that sustains

And The Body that was broken

You are the Ink of Revelation flowing from my pen

upon the parchment the Scribe within

Each Brushstroke that wisps across the canvas

And the Image revealed

You’re the Song on my lips

You’re the Voice I hear in my ear

You are my Partner With Whom I dance

And the Skip in my every step

You’re the Beauty I see that inspires

You’re the Wind in my hair

When we walk hand in hand

And the Breeze atop the trees

You’re the Blue in the sky

And in the sunset each Bright Orange

You’re the Fiery Hue of the Burning Blaze

You’re the Flourish on every leafy Green

And the soft Pinks on every single rosy blooms

You’re the Variety of Yellows embedded on every face

In each Color of every race

And with the different Browns all is molded

But RED is the color in which all individual veins do flow

And from He Whose life did Spill

And with every single color did drip

And with every ounce and part of Him He gave

With His Life His Prism is visible

And throughout Eternity is reflected

Depicted here on the color spectrum

All shades created and imagined

Is Your Presence Brilliant and Glory that fills

Bestowed upon and now within me shines

The evidence of Your Grace and favorably seen

For through me Your Light is shown

And has made me Righteous
