A journey so sweet
Like honeycomb from a tree,
Although, bitter as an aloe vera leaf.
Nourishing or poisoning,
Bitter or sweet
A labyrinth turned into a 360.
All things end where they began some time ago,
Life goes by fast
Yet feels so slow.
Walking around aimlessly
Searching for what’s already known,
Reconcile the past and let it go.
At first glance salt is sugar
And water vinegar,
Not all is as it seems.
The world is topsy-turvy,
Fish swim and birds fly
Both move the same side by side.
Those that fear the dark hide
Only to see it after closing their eyes,
Darkness is an enigma.
Duality is partiality
Reality is not real,
Partially tangible.
Emotions are felt,
Not by touch
Not by smell.
Can’t measure an ounce of happiness,
A gram of rage
No X-ray for mental pain.
