It might have been longer than I thought

But I never really cared about time

Since you’re not here anymore

It means nothing to me now

And I don’t ever want to know how long it’s been

But I know that I’ve been secretly counting the years

It hurts to remember the last days we spent together

It was so long ago and it’s really hard to forget

The best memories you gave me

You made me so happy

I laughed a lot because of you

I smiled so much because of you

And now I’m all alone

It’s just me now

The years will keep on coming

While I am stuck in the past

Reminiscing about you and me.

But mostly you.

Because you were everything that I had.
