Tender as a mother's touch

Comfort me in the dead of night

Weave into my soul

Like a grandma's knit

Be my play toy

When boredom strikes my little feline

Let me craft

With every touch

Intertwined within you

Are many me(s)

Break and I will discombobulate

I wish I knew

That needles were stronger than knives

To be spun together for a million lives

Like yarn, we bind with every friction

Fleck me with your hue

Spin me around

With your nimble hands

Adore me

On your busy days

We tuck in to the closet space

Unravel to an endless tale

On a cold winter morning

You wrap me around

Like a warm summer

Find me lying on a lonely counter

The one for you

If you break, I will discombobulate

I wish I knew

That needles were stronger than knives

To be spun together for a million lives

Like yarn, we bind with every friction

Fleck me with your hue
