Writing in the Dark

Yet To BE

Sitting here in silence,

Violence fills my head.

Like a cage it holds my rage,

Courage keeps it locked away.

Noise filling me all day,

Listening to what they say.

Unaware the words they say,

Play important roles in reality.

Why wouldn't I listen to me?

Please forgive me,

I lost the key.

Pent up Energy,

Took control of me.

I can hardly see,

The monster is free.

Destroying my capability,

To live in harmony.

Shouting so loudly,

It's coming right out of me.

Words spoken angrily,

Running rampantly,

Through Eternity.

When will the ripples,

Return to me?

Guess I'll have to wait and see.

Emotions out to sea,

Creations yet to be.
