Writers, Artists, and Musicians Just Make Noise

Writers write,

Artists paint

And musicians just make noise

Each and every one of them

Are just following their dream.

A writer writes a story

Hoping all will see

That readers will adore

Their words and that their novels sell

Writers write,

Artists paint

And musicians just make noise

An artist blends their colours

Just like the writer's words

Shaping them into a masterpiece

Or at least something for the wall

An abstract or a landscape

Each one has a story to tell.

Writers write,

Artists paint

And musicians just make noise

A musician plays a solo

Or in a band as well

Their songs can have deep meaning

Or make no sense at all

Each means something different

Perhaps something we will see

Writers write,

Artists paint

And musicians just make noise,

Each one is a form of art

Each one a story, an expression of themselves

Words, pictures or a string of notes

Yes, Writers write,

Artists paint

And musicians just make noise,
