Time to start the search. My mom gets on all the real estate websites to find houses in the nearby areas. She also had already had a head start.

She had been talking to a real estate lady for a few months now. So hopefully that makes the process easier than it has to be.

There is a budget as well. Mom doesn’t want to go over it, but she also wants to get the best quality choices.

Ricky and I also got on the real estate apps on our phones to help Mom out. We were gonna be up all night looking.
