Refuse to look scared of the eyes in which you glare.
When fright attacks don’t let it hold you back or throw you off track.
Don’t be a worrier be a warrior prepared for war, catastrophe and more.
When facing challenges remember to be brave. Don’t let fear make you a slave.
Don’t be scared of attacks, because you’re better than that.
When the ugly past comes calling don’t ever look back.
Did the smoke find you? Is fear right behind you?
Maybe so, but don’t let it control or define you.
Listen good. See it clear. Be near. Make sure you’re here and don’t ever live in fear.

They say "jack of all trades, master of none," but they forgot to mention the part where the jack of all trades is also the camera woman, the makeup artist, and the person currently yelling at a tangled Wii microphone cable in a her own bathroom while recording herself singing and trying to make it look realistic and professional. (As professional as you can make it with nothing but a cell phone camera and a mic that doesn't work)
