Dear Santa in your frigid home,

With reindeer and your sled to meander.

I'm keeping in touch with you, so loaded up with joy,

A young kid with dreams so free.

The snowflakes fall, a colder time of year's dance,

As I dream, giving possibility.

To wishes of all shapes and sizes

Trusting you'll visit, only for me.

In the night so cold and clear,

Your gleaming sled chimes move close.

With presents enclosed by strips brilliant,

Gracious, Santa, you give such joy!

I long for treats, sweet and round,

Left by the tree on the cruel ground.

Milk in a cup, a warming treat,

For Santa and his chilly accomplishment.

Mythical people occupied with making toys in abundance,

In the studio forevermore.

Creating marvels, happiness and shock,

Under the twilight skies.

Rudolph's nose, a shining red,

Directing your sled above.

As the night progressed, you'll go far,

Satisfying wishes, similar to a star.

Gracious, Santa, with your loud giggle,

Spreading bliss along your way.

Kids dream with hearts so light,

Trusting you'll visit, just this evening.

I've been great, or so I've attempted,

With generosity filling me inside.

A little wish, on the off chance that I might say,

Welcome grins to others on Christmas Day.

Presently, Santa, in this comfortable rhyme,

I thank you for your merry time.

For dreams you award, both of all shapes and sizes,

Happy holidays, dearest Santa Claus!
