Will You Make A Normal Bed Today?
No, Of Course Not!

I like creases in my sheets,
Covers that fall on the floor,
I like my sheets messy,
Even when I snore!
In the morning when I wake up,
I lay on my mattress bare;
And no,
I will not make the bed today!
To me;
A messy bed is a sign of a
good night's sleep,
And if my sheets are falling off,
Maybe I like it that way too,
So when you come to my house,
Don't stare at my bed in dismay,
My bed is going to be messy,
Not dressy,
So don't ask me,
"Will you make a normal bed today?"
Because,
What's normal, anyway!

With humor and levity, this poem captures the beauty of beauty sleep. A messy bed signals a great time in sleep land. Ironically, this story has awakened me! I will share.
As long as you can sleep on it. Who cares? XD
