The Inevitable Farewell
Every unsuitable relationship is destined to end sooner or later. He just said it first. Although saying it aloud was cruel, at least he didn’t continue to lie to you.
It's common for a couple to once be in love and then no longer feel that way. When two people no longer want to be together, finding someone more suitable is actually a necessary part of finding happiness.
You can try, but you can never force him to care. Only two people who care about each other can stay together.
