Who Are You Living For?
Finding Your True North in a World of Noise
In this world, there will always be people you don’t like, and there will always be people who don’t like you. This is perfectly normal. Moreover, regardless of how good you are or how good the other person is, you shouldn't demand too much from each other.
After all, whether someone is good or not is one thing, and whether you like them or not is another. If you try too hard to please others, you will only damage your own dignity.
Don't bow your back countless times just to receive an indifferent glance. All you'll get in return for your condescension is the other person's increasingly condescending and bossy attitude. Without eye-level interaction, there will never be equality.
We become immersed in the gaze of others and gradually lose our own direction. When we live for others, we forget our original dreams and our true value.
Modern society is fast-paced, fleeting, and short-lived. People pursue momentary happiness but often ignore long-term value. Even though the world changes, we don't have to be led by it, nor do we have to be obsessed with the opinions of others. Everyone is unique. We don't need to be a copy of others, nor do we need to change ourselves to please them.
Every moment in life is unique. We should cherish every moment; whether it is happy or sad, it is a part of life and worth cherishing. Be proud of yourself, not because of how well you performed, but because you remained true to yourself.
Let go of the shackles that bind you, move forward fearlessly, bravely pursue your dreams, and become your true self. You are unique in this world, and you don't need to lose yourself to please others. Because every true self is the most beautiful scenery in the world.
