Who am I? Collection of bones and flesh.

Just a face lost among many unknown faces.

Just flesh,

given a name,

A name that few people know

What is the difference?

Between me and the frozen meat

in the corporate world?

Yes —

I carry the burden of hate

The burden of human jealousy

being dragged along a crowded street

Unseen, unheard.

But still, there’s one difference.

I am connected to you,

woven in threads of unspoken love,

shared moments, quiet breaths,

and love that lingers

Like a forgotten civilization

In this context.

I understand the meaning

in you

I find myself
