Softly descends the morning's hush,
Frost's gentle kiss upon the land's rush,
Crystal whispers weave an ethereal spell,
As winter's beauty starts to unfold and tell.
The first frost's delicate, lacy design,
Etches the world in icy shrine,
Leaves once green, now crystalline and bright,
Dance in the dawn's pale, silvery light.
Nature's canvas, painted white as snow,
Invites the eye to winter's peaceful glow,
Frosted branches stretch, like nature's hand,
A frozen lattice, across the land.
The air is crisp, the wind a gentle sigh,
As earth and sky conspire to winter's guise,
The sun rises, a burning fire,
Casting shadows, where frost's secrets conspire.
This fleeting moment, pure and still,
Echoes magic, winter's gentle will,
A season's promise, born of frost and snow,
A time for wonder, as the world below.
Awakens to the beauty, wild and free,
Of winter's peaceful, icy glee.

I love this poem! I reads so smoothly and vividly paints a picture of the first frost. I hold a lot of respect for poets. I struggle to write poems but reading them is just so divine! Great job!
