Smile on face, tears in eyes,
She is shining with pleasure.
A flower of love is visible now,
Which has been growing deep within.
It took a long time to find the words
And let them fall on her ears.
The words of love in my heart were dying
To enter her heart through her ears.

It was harder to say to her
Than to touch her.
It was harder to look into her eyes
Than to whisper in her ears.
It was harder to face her
Than to meet her.
It was harder to say "I love you"
Than to tell her my whole history.
