The Echoes of Silence in a World of Emptiness

Whispers in the wind, echoes in the night,

Loneliness surrounds me, a constant fight.

Memories of love, now a distant past,

Longing for warmth, but it never seems to last.

The silence of the night, so deafeningly loud,

My heart aches for love, for someone to hold me proud.

The coldness of the wind, mirrors my soul,

The emptiness I feel, taking its toll.

I reach out my hand, but there's no one there,

My tears fall freely, in a world of despair.

The emptiness inside, consuming me whole,

I search for love, to fill this aching hole.

Whispers in the wind, echoes in the night,

Loneliness surrounds me, a constant fight.

The emptiness inside, an endless pain,

Until love finds me, I'll continue to remain.
