You don’t need to keep pushing yourself.

Allow yourself to have off days; it’s okay to stop and rest. Fortune will turn, pain will eventually pass, growth will remain, and you will become stronger.

Even if you take two steps forward and one step back, as long as you know you’re still on the path, that’s enough. No matter how difficult the days get, first, make sure you eat well, sleep well, and settle your mind and body.

Even if your emotions are chaotic and life feels stuck, remember to sort through your feelings and be kind to yourself. As long as you take good care of yourself, there’s always a chance to turn things around.

Take it slow; you’re already doing great. You can do this; just give yourself some time. Keep going, and everything will eventually become clear.

Taking good care of yourself is the most solid foundation for facing this world.
