When the Mind Learns to Breathe
A quiet journey through shadows, resilience, and the courage to keep walking

Anxiety walks beside me like a restless wind,
Whispering questions with no clear end.
Depression sits heavy, a quiet night,
Dimming the colors, softening the light.
Yet life keeps moving, step by step,
Through tangled thoughts and shallow breaths.
I learn that storms don’t own the sky,
They pass, even when they make me cry.

Some days I fall, some days I stand,
Both are part of being human.
I trace small joys in simple things—
A morning sun, a bird that sings.
Healing is not a straight, clear road,
But every breath lightens the load.
I walk forward, broken yet brave,
Learning how deeply a heart can save.
