When The Gentle Hum Of Wanting

And Watercolors Call

When The Gentle Hum Of Wanting

Emotional intensity

A low, vibrating tremble

Beckoning to the heart of me

Fragments embed, like pebbles

Dotting the places it imprints

Radiate, excites and trembles

With the hint of breath, the skin reacts

An internal pounding cymbal

A wanting stirs somewhere beneath

The lightest of veiled surface

Inviting touch to rise, hearts race

A trace

Neath tingling fingertips

Twitching, longing, yearning

A Connection of caress

Revealing hues of color, seen

As the breeze tugs at the air

Gently pulling across my skin

Sparkling, glistening, hovering

Subtle sighs, of invitation

Riding freely, coattails of love

Hunger pangs of anticipation

To the ever yearning heart

Warning bells to all the senses

A gentle dance of living art
