Like a footprint after snow
Or a fingerprint of what I touched
Small yet visible.
May not be the statue in the centre city,
Or create a major impact on one’s life
May I be just like a touch of the sun after a cold winter
Or the warmth of a fireplace at Christmas time,
May I be a flower on the side of the road,
For some as a reminder of the beauty of simplicity
May I be as comfortable as rain, sit with you till the cloud is gone.
May I have the strength to make it to tomorrow
And make someone's day.
