When Silence Became My Voice

The quiet truth I learned to speak

By Fazal HadiPublished about a month ago 1 min read

Sometimes my loudest moments

were the ones when I said nothing at all—

when my thoughts trembled in my chest,

too soft to rise,

too fragile to break open into sound.

Silence became the place

where I kept the truths I was scared to share,

the hurts I tucked away,

the strength I didn’t know was growing.

And over time,

that quiet stopped feeling like weakness

and started feeling like clarity—

a gentle room where I could breathe,

heal,

and finally hear myself.

Now I speak differently—

not always louder,

but always truer.

Moral: Sometimes silence isn’t emptiness; it’s the space where your real voice is born.
