When she believed

She Changed Her World

When she believed

She climbed many Rocky hills,

She walked down many dangerous roads,

She hid her face in danger,

Silencing her pain and anger;

She spent many nights in fear,

Crying her silent tears,

Her broken mind took over,

Making her believe this was the

end.

No matter how many times she fell,

She stood tall,

She gave herself the confidence call,

Even though she broke inside,

As the earth pulled her down the long landslide.

She dodged many rocks and faced many earthquakes,

But there she stood like steel,

And in time, she did heal.

She saw a vision of herself,

She knew to be true,

And,

With every step backwards,

She took two forwards,

Because;

When she believed,

She changed her world.
