When night time turns to day

The world awakens to the new

When night time turns to day

Tender as a newborn’s cry,

Nighttime fades from moon and sky.

Softest whispers, hush and glow,

Morning stirs in golden flow.

Shadows slip as dawn takes hold,

Touching earth in light untold.

Gentle hush, a breath so light,

Cradling dreams from fading night.

Daybreak hums, so calm, so new,

Bathed in mist and silver dew.

Night retreats with one last sigh,

Tender as a newborn’s cry.

Blushing skies in pastel hue,

Kiss the stars a soft adieu.

Clouds drift light on whispered air,

Waking earth with love and care.

Birdsong breaks the hush of dawn,

Welcoming the world reborn.

Golden fingers trace the land,

Spun from time’s own careful hand.

Silent moments, pure and bright,

Lingering between the night.

Held within the soft sunrise,

Tender as a newborn’s cries.
