Pain you say?
Just stay positive.
Use affirmation,
The Pain will go away!
Are you Kidding me?
I have been in pain for four hours!
Why have it not gone away?
Stop your nonsense logic!
What did you eat?
The usual,
I did not change my routine.
Something is wrong with you!
You think, my beautiful brain?
We did all we can, just rest.
After your treatment and the pain go away.
All we can do is just give ourselves TLC.
( To answer the question in the title, the pain is always in control)
Be patience and take care

I feel so sad that you have to go through all of this. Please take care of yourself. Sending you lots of love and hugs ❤️
As I was lying in the hospital bed after breaking my ankle over the Christmas-New Year holiday, the nurse asked/told me, "Do you want anything for the pain? If it get going, it'll be too late." I answered, "No, I'm alright." I thought, "If it's already too late, what's the point?"
After a certain age, pain becomes a constant companion, just don't let it win. Fight and carry on, show it who is boss. Leave pain in your dust,,,,,vroom, vroom on we go.
It is a lingering on going pain. Well done Mariann
Getting rid of emotional pain is not easy.
