When it rains, it soars - my heart that is...
above the clouds and lightning
above the first force field of angels, steady,
above the warriors who are armed and ready.
It soars up to knock on the door of Abraham’s bosom for the key inside,
that died for me and rose again,
to win the victory over Death’s grave.
This key, I bring back down for me,
and for all the rest, down below, to save.
Showing all the key from Heaven’s overflowing hearts,
it is more than just a token to show,
it paves the way and pays the price;
it’s all that will truly suffice!
