When Horror Comes Alive

Tales of Darkness and Terror in the Dead of Night

By Quincy.VPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

In the darkest of nights, when all is still,

And the moon's pale light casts an eerie chill,

When the wind howls and the trees creak,

And every shadow seems to speak.

That's when the horror comes alive,

When the demons and ghosts begin to thrive,

And the creatures of darkness start to roam,

Leaving nothing but fear in their home.

Their eyes glow with a sinister light,

As they prowl through the endless night,

Their breath a cold and icy mist,

As they search for souls to twist.

The horror that they bring is real,

A terror that no one can steal,

For it comes from the depths of the soul,

A darkness that consumes and takes control.

So if you ever find yourself alone,

In the dead of night, far from home,

Beware the horror that may arise,

And pray that you'll survive its disguise.

Wow this was so good. Great work. I actually heard Vincent Price’s voice reading this.
