When Fear Creeps In

And Evil Takes Over

By Kelli Sheckler-AmsdenPublished 3 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read
Denise, my friend

This is a Picture of my friend Denise. Taken too soon by domestic violence. Attached is her story. We don't always know who we are surrounded by. Be aware, be open and willing to help. These things touch and change your life, forever.

Trigger warning/violence/death

Hidden in shadows

Under a veil of disguise

    Awesome 😎 and ❤️ it

  • It is so true. Often we don't know what's going on behind closed doors. And even when we do, we can often feel helpless to help. I lost a cousin to domestic violence. Thank you for sharing this poem.
