When Broken Hearts Cry

Bleeding tears dripping from the dagger

that caused the heart to bruise, or even shatter

Praying there will be some way of healing, without it revealing

Keeping the pieces together in hopes that it will be concealing

When broken hearts cry, on whom can they rely

but themselves to heal the pain, keep sane, and give Love another try

without looking back and asking why? Looking upon the starry skies

where Angels reside, and wipe the tears from their weary eyes

It feels like the world's getting colder

Selfish reasons to love is to blame by the beholder

The reason for why many broken hearts cry is inevitable

How can the heart be immune to the hurt, and stay stable

Though they say you cant break a broken heart

If you learn to love differently with a fresh start

To keep on keeping them, from having your heart stole

Live life as if you were in love in order to remain whole

Cause Love gives much more than it takes, that's what its for

so why let a heartbreak be the excuse for you to stay sore

holding on to the pain, and suffering that you bore

Fend to Make it mend with faith,where unconditional Love is in store.
