What’s Inside You

a poem

It starts with a trip to New York,

it always starts with New York

Every indelibe story has its chapter in New York,

in this one you’ve come to your senses

and I’ve forgiven you which is the substitute for me

saying I told you so

They want us to hate the whole damn world but we won’t

You raise your hand to your face as if to hide it;

we are not dirty, I assure you, we are not dirty

You think you’re the nothing that’s

longing for something but I see

of you

in you through you

and for you - you’re something.

The something that wants to be nothing

but will forever fail.

Nobody is watching and nobody cares

It’s just us and the City

naturally

obscenely

everywhere

Imagine: your dream has become something else

but you love it and you’re jumping right into it.

You didn’t think you’d feel this way:

leaving behind the horror of boundaries and the past

No self, no mind

I watch you watch me

as I cum inside her

and I’m all yours now.
