What Makes Me Comfortable?

I said, I don't care to be rich, I just want to be comfortable!

I can afford a nice comfy room with a lot of books to read.

My own library sounds like a comfortable place to be, I plead.

I knew that in the profession I chose to work in, I would never be wealthy!

I have chosen marriage for love, not money. living life to be healthy.

We are comfortable. and have little to no interest in wealth.

I am not a gambler. I have pulled tabs a few times. It is always a concern about my health.

I have played the lottery a couple of times, and I have ordered and participated in the publisher's clearinghouse too.

I grew up playing cards for money, and it was the uncles that wanted that money and a couple of us learned from that how to play and what to play, I do.

What is comfortable? I went through many, many photos on Unsplash and nothing jumped out at me except bookshelves.

I wanted to have enough money to purchase a book when I wanted to take a book off of the shelves.

I love bookstores. I like to be able to afford to stop in a coffee shop and purchase a fancy coffee.

Every day if I want. I don't make it every day, or even every week, but that I could do it is comforting to me.

I want to be able to buy clothes or shoes and not from a thrift store.

Even though that has been considered the thing to do, by wealthy friends of mine since around the mid-eighties. or 1984.

My husband buys shoes for under $20.00, while I buy Hoka's and Vionics.

Crocs are the least expensive of what I buy. The last pair of Crocs

I spent $24.00 as I had a $25.00 credit from previous purchases, and the 24 included socks.

I am comfortable today.

A good place to be and that is okay!

Love this! It sounds like in choosing what you find comfortable you have achieved your own type of wealth.
