What if I let you take me?

Your love hurts

By Sydney FuriePublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Your love hurts

Your smile breaks my heart

Veiled claws lying in wait

Behind those soft lips

Now you give me

All I've ever wanted

To melt into your warming arms

Don't let the day

"Just stay here, with me..."

You whisper gently

Hand softly caressing

My body yearning for yours

And oh,

How badly I want to

And oh,

How deeply you know that

All it requires is the sacrifice

Of my sanity

The surrender of my source

Over to your control

A small price to pay, it seems

To be back with you

My love

My drug

heartbreak
