I'm indecisive.

I'd best advise him to wait.
I still need to make a decision.
I am in deep thought.
But then, I know.
I feel for him.
But I can't explain it.
My mind is saying something different.
Questions arise in my thoughts.
What happens if he breaks your heart?
What if he's not serious?
What if he wants to play?
I'm attempting to find out.
But how?
Because I do.
I love him.
But I am just terrified.
I'd best wait and see whether he chases after me.
Then, I'll know his true intentions.

Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.
