What I really want.

I want you to flex me, make me feel you are proud of me,

I want you to give me flowers, I makes me feel worthy,

I want you to keep looking at me, It makes me feel pretty,

I want you to be with me because I always want your company.

I want written letters, they are romantic,

Little love notes passed in secret, it may be inexpensive,

A simple little gesture,

But it will make my heart flutter for sure.

I want you to hug me when I’m crying,

To follow me when I’m running,

I want you to find me when I’m hiding,

I want you to love me even I’m frowning.

I want you to come to me even if I resist,

I want you to make me feel that I am the one you miss,

I want you to memorize my favorite things,

I want to see that you are really trying.

Enough with the metaphor, I want to be straightforward,

For you to understand, now it is not that hard,

This poem might not be literally smart,

But it is a poem where I pour my heart.

I want you feel loved and worthy,

I want you always to be with me,

Especially when I have an anxiety,

I want to feel that you really care for me.

I want you to be sweet show that you care,

Instead of being stiff but like they said life is unfair,

You cannot always get what you want,

But am I not worthy of that kind of man?

A man that will make me feel special,

A man that will love me exceptional,

A man that will show me off like a flower that beautifully blooms,

Cause in his eyes I am the most beautiful girl in every room.

Am I not kind enough nor pretty enough?

To get that man that will give me that kind of love.

Am I not worthy of this kind of love and attention?

Or is this man only exist in my wide imagination?
