AIR
Spirit knows it well
Gravity be damned to hell
Up, up and away
FIRE
Their words can cut deep
Impatience and anger flows
But tears extinguish
EARTH
Eyes closed and breath flows
Your body feels weighted now
Your soul says ‘hello’
WATER
Flowing into view
From pain or happiness too
Yet lost to the air
