Weight Loss Strategy
I am proud of the strategy I followed

I’m not sure if I have shared
this critical saga from my life.
I was sick back then,
PCOS and prediabetic
the doctor advised medications,
I hated it and asked,
for milder alternative,
and he asked to lose weight,
and I preferred this option.
The apartment gym was scented,
and the air was stale.
I knew in my intuition—
that wasn’t going to help.
So, as always,
I summoned my wisdom,
consulted my conscience,
and decided on a healthier strategy.
I started daily bicycle riding
in the leafy neighborhood,
with my camera,
slung over my shoulder.
It was a win-win, for sure.
I enjoyed creativity,
documenting flora and fauna,
capturing memories—
all while inhaling fresh air.
Weight loss followed naturally,
and my health returned.
I advise you:
don’t blindly follow doctors,
Don’t depend solely on pills.
Instead, find something
that truly heals in the long term—
something that will calm,
your agitated immune system.
