Weight Loss Drugs?
Can they be harmless way to reduce weight

Right before my eyes,
people are ruining their health,
and my medical knowledge,
and awareness sharing,
is going in vain.
I see them getting sick,
following dangerous trends,
and ignoring signals of
the immune system.
Let me share how it goes:
they are embracing chemicals
in diverse forms.
Metabolism is getting distorted,
weight gain is inevitable.
They are hearing about
Ozempic and its related drugs.
They are taking those interventions,
with high hopes,
but they are clueless,
about the side effects.
I saw a woman the other day —
she had red eyes.
High blood pressure,
popped the vessels, she said,
maybe,
the dry eyes itched bad,
and I rubbed hard, she added.
But one side effect of
these weight loss drugs is
eye dryness and itching.
Very likely,
she is taking the drugs,
as I have seen her slim down.
No point in denying,
the side effects and continuing.
Why can’t people avoid chemicals
to keep the hormones in balance?
Why can’t they go for fresh air walks
to manage weight?
Let me remind,
a chemical can never be
a solution for the long term.
Wake up — before it’s too late.
There is no substitute for
healthy lifestyle.
