We The People

A poetic call for peace

We the people. How did we let the world of politics deceive the people?

Cut us open with their lies. Yeah they bleed the people.

Sharper than a needle and evil like Kinevil.

These tyrants run a race where they lie to every face.

Their whole objective is to keep everyone in their place.

Things never change. They only rearrange.

Then we wonder why everything always looks the same.

The ruling body’s every decision invokes division.

Every ideal we latch on to traps up in a mental prison.

We always fall for the tyrannical pattern of lies.

Broken and battered by lies. Our lives are shattered by lies.

We the people should always see as people.

The government is full of lies that they only feed the people.

No one ever chooses to believe in the people.

The only real changes ever come from we the people.
