it is of vital Importance
that we fill our Minds
with Optimistic and Appreciative “Thinking”.
This will give us a greater sense
of Peace and Contentment.
All of this
will Help us to stay Balanced
within our Physical Health too.
And “Healthy” Emotionally too.
Like anything that is worthwhile doing,
this will take constant effort
on our part.
When we make it a part
of our Daily Routine,
we start to ‘look forward’
to thinking Positive thoughts
and this becomes “normal”.
It is a very simple ‘thing’ to do
but it brings Joy,
Contentment and
the Peace
that we need
in our everyday Lives.
