Happy

“The most beautiful way

to start and end the day

is with a grateful heart”

Take five minutes,

every day,

to be Grateful for

what and who

you have in your Life.

Not only does this set your day up

to be a Positive one,

it will also Strengthen

your hold on ‘Your’ Life.

This Positive Thinking

will Protect your Mental Health.

As our Minds “Control”

every aspect of our Lives,

it is of vital Importance

that we fill our Minds

with Optimistic and Appreciative “Thinking”.

This will give us a greater sense

of Peace and Contentment.

All of this

will Help us to stay Balanced

within our Physical Health too.

And “Healthy” Emotionally too.

Like anything that is worthwhile doing,

this will take constant effort

on our part.

When we make it a part

of our Daily Routine,

we start to ‘look forward’

to thinking Positive thoughts

and this becomes “normal”.

It is a very simple ‘thing’ to do

but it brings Joy,

Contentment and

the Peace

that we need

in our everyday Lives.
