We Need These

To Survive

The sunrise at dawn

“The six best doctors:

sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise and diet.”

Sunshine

has always been

‘the natural healer’.

We need the sun

to live a healthy life.

Water

is the ‘foundation’

for all bodily functions.

Again,

we need water to live.

Air and oxygen

are two things ‘unique’ to the Earth,

and without them we would die.

With the proper rest, exercise and diet

we can have a strong daily routine

to build a strong fortress

in our bodies and for our health.

These six are all natural elements

which ‘create’ a harmonious lifestyle

which ‘promotes’

a strong, positive and healthy life.

We want to focus on these,

starting in the mind,

and reminding ourselves

how important these are

for our very survival on earth.
