I wish I had a magic wand
To vanish all hatred and discrimination
To make all living souls just get along
So many stories
So many tragedies
So many ignorant attitudes
Have we not evolved at all?
Clearly not………
Take every colour, creed, race
We all bleed the same
We are all deciphering life
We are all battling a pandemic
Job losses, disruption and bills to pay
Stop the negativity and strife
We are all God’s children
We have got to step up
Love and respect each other
We have to do it a million times more
When others fail to do so
Remember remember
We all bleed the same
