United people pray to god for world peace
War is not what the world needs
The lights went out, the sky grew dark,
A bomb fell down, leaving its mark.
A silent hush, the world stood still,
The air was thick, a cold, sharp chill.
Time froze, then chaos took the lead,
The earth shook, no time to plead.
In that moment, all was lost,
The price of life, too high a cost.
Mothers and fathers cried in vain,
War is wicked, inflicting pain.
United Nations call for world peace
Make this heart break and killing cease.
