Destination unknown with the final tie to my shoe,
no goal in mind, only tranquility to fill my body true
The crisp air smile's as if it's never abandoned,
a hint of warm air passes, as an honorable companion
Step by step, sounds of concrete where miles lay way,
parallel with the wild, where fear lay's still remains at bay
Shadow's dwell where the unseen brings movement to sight,
we persist and persist as an uncharted sphere reflects light
Questions fade, problem's are but a mere blur,
clarity warms your soul as if it was born with fur
Peace begins an aura as your mind stretches to bloom,
tomorrow we excel once again as we walk with the moon

The Light Turns
It's Tuesday 7:13 a.m. A cold and clear November morning awaits Ray on his morning commute. Ray rubs his hands together in the front seat of his Subaru. He turns the air temperature up, but keeps the air on low until the air warms up. He looks at the backup camera screen and reverses the Subaru out of his driveway onto Trimble Road.
