Vowed by Me

rediscovering me

Vowed by Me

I once called my reflection a stranger,

Unworthy of light.

With loathing, I carved my silence.

But even in darkness,

I whispered for light.

Vowing I’ll stand,

No matter the fight.

My lines remain,

But I rise.

I am not a wound.

I'm in love with the person I’ve become.

Rock on! Self-love isn't easy to cultivate, IMO. But it's like a muscle. The more you use it, the easier it gets. I subscribed to you. Nice to meet you. My name is Bill (or Bolt.) ⚡💙⚡
