Vocal Media, once a lively stage,

Now drags along at a painfully slow gauge,

Two days have passed, and the sparks gone gray,

Whats happened here I am left in dismay.

My stories linger, yearning to grow,

But readers have vanished, the interest is low,

Views have plummeted, its quite the blow,

Comments are few, nowhere to go.

I poured my heart out, let my words flow,

Tales of wonder, emotions in tow,

Yet the silence strikes like a bitter foe,

Vocal, oh why, did your spirit forgo

The dashboard stares back with an empty row,

No likes, no shares, no warmth to bestow,

Engagement has faded, its a lonely plateau,

My writers soul feels a hollow echo.

Was it a glitch, a technical woe

Or did the algorithm shift its show

Readers, where are you Do not you owe

A moment to read, to let my light glow

I dream of the days when stories would flow,
